Our Team – Nata & Co, includes a dedicated group of passionate bakers, baristas, and friendly faces who bring our Portuguese bakery to life every single day. From early mornings preparing trays of warm Pastéis de Nata to greeting regulars with a smile, our team is what makes the Nata & Co experience so special.

Founded in 2012 by a small team of Portuguese bakers, Nata & Co was created with a simple goal: to share the taste and warmth of Portuguese café culture in the UK. Since then, we’ve grown, opening shops in Cardiff and Bath, but our people-first approach has remained at the centre of everything we do.

Our team comes from a mix of backgrounds, many of whom bring a piece of Portugal with them: its language, its passion for food, and its community spirit.

Each member of our team plays a unique role, from the baker perfecting the crisp layers of the Pastel de Nata, to the barista who knows your order by heart. Together, we create not just pastries, but a place that feels like home – for locals, tourists, and anyone missing a taste of Portugal.
