This is our take on ham, cheese & tomato Merenda, we took the traditional concept of a Portuguese Merenda and added more flavour with tomato.
A Merenda is a soft-baked flaky bread traditionally made with ham and cheese. It’s a staple for breakfast around Portugal.
We would go as far as saying that our Merenda is a perfect option for any time.
